The deadline for early cancellations for Dulcimer Week is Friday, March 29, 2024. Most cancellations received by then will receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee (see below for exceptions). If received between March 30 and June 15, all costs except the registration fee will be refunded, except for cabin payments as described below. There will be no refunds made after June 15, 2023.

Cabin Cancellation Policy

Cabin lodging must be cancelled by March 29 in order to receive a refund as described above. If the cabin is not cancelled by March 29, there will be no refund on lodging unless it can be rented to another party.

If a cabin shared by more than one party is entirely cancelled by March 29, all parties will receive a refund as described above.

If one party cancels and the other does not wish to, the cancelling party will forfeit the amount they paid for the cabin share unless another party takes their place, or unless the remaining party covers the entire cost of the cabin.  Dulcimer Week reserves the right to determine the amount of refund based on the particular circumstances.
