2026 DULCIMER WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY 
 

The deadline to receive a refund for cancellations of attending Dulcimer Week is Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Cancellations received by then will be refunded registration and meals costs minus a $75 processing fee. Cabins are not refundable unless they can be rented to another party (see below).

Cancellations received between April 1 and May 31 will receive a refund of all costs except (1) the registration fee, and (2) cabin lodging, per policy below. There will be no refunds made after May 31, 2026.

Cabin Cancellation Policy:

Cabin lodging is nonrefundable upon registration, unless after cancellation it can be rented to another party.

For those sharing cabins: if one party cancels and the other does not wish to, the cancelling party will forfeit the amount they paid for their share of the cabin unless another party takes their place, or unless the remaining party covers the entire cost of the cabin. Dulcimer Week reserves the right to determine the amount of refund based on the particular circumstances.
